My church rocks!

I'm watching this stupid show on Fox called "Nanny 911" where "top nannies" are brought in to help families get their children (and themselves) under control. And this episode's plan for the family includes such revolutionary concepts as consequences for bad behavior, no yelling and no hitting. The shocking thing is that these concepts are actually new and revolutionary for this family. Is this what we've come to?
