100 days to go ...
Miraculously, after just 4 weeks of (crazed) planning, the wedding is basically put together — date, ceremony location, reception site, photographer, florist, invitations, officiant. Now I have 3 ½ months to let it all sink in, try to earn enough to pay for it (!), and take care of the easier and more fun stuff, like the registry, favors, addressing envelopes, creating a ceremony program, etc.
So ladies, don't let anyone tell you it takes at least 6 months to plan a wedding. Here are some sites that helped me: theknot, Bliss ezine, Modern Bride.
Meanwhile, I'm getting to know my Vietnamese mentee, Tuyet. We're going to the zoo Sunday to see its most famous new residents, the pandas.
